I want to change the way people look at food.

I want to educate my clients more on healthy nutrient-rich foods. I feel what prevents people from eating the right foods is a mistaken idea that a "healthy diet" takes the enjoyment out of eating and deprives them of delicious foods. Scientific research has shown how the nutrients in certain foods are dense and are the key elements that allow our bodies to perform the myriad of activities necessary to keep our bodies both physically and mentally at our peak. These foods can help us to look and feel our best as well as provide long-term health benefits, including reducing the risk of health problems. Better nutrition is a way of life and I strive to have my clients realize this, without feeling like they need to work so hard at a "quick-fix" diet.
