FREQUENCY (eating approximately every 3 hours)
BALANCE (eating the right amount of carbohydrates, fat, and protein)

Additionally, I stress the importance of plant-based foods and recommend eating unlimited amounts of vegetables.

I feel this approach is unique from other dietary programs out there, as it truly emphasizes a change in one's general long-term outlook as opposed to a current struggle with weight and health. I want to develop relationships with my clients that make them feel comfortable enough to open up and really delve into their struggles rather than give them a menu and guideline to follow and see easy, fast results. Results will come naturally as soon as an individual absolutely changes how they feel about food - we eat to live instead of living to eat. I want you to think of food as medicine to help you live a long, healthy, and happy life.
